Location
At the north end of the picturesque village of Little Milton on the A329, The Pine Lodge sits in open country with beautiful views across traditional rolling farm landscapes.

The building is approximately 2.5 miles and 3 minutes drive south of junction 7 of the M40. This makes access easy from London. As junction 7 only provides access to the M40 in the South-bound direction, from the Midlands leave the M40 at junction 8a and take the 3rd exit onto the A418 heading towards Thame. After half a mile turn right onto the A40. After a further 1.5 miles, turn right onto to A329 which passes back over the M40 and follow the A329 for a further 2.5 miles into Little Milton. The Pine Lodge is the first entrance on the right hand side of the road when entering Little Milton from the northern (M40) direction.

From the South and South West, access is easy via the A329 from the direction of Henley/Reading or via the Oxford ring road from the south west/A34. From the Oxford ring road take the B480 towards Watlington and join the A329 towards Thame after 7 miles just after passing through the village of Stadhampton.

This spectacular building newly completed in September 2005,  makes an ideal venue for a variety of functions. Conveniently located a few minutes south of  Junction 7 of the M40,  this beautiful building, built in a traditional manner,  to modern standards stands on the edge of the pretty South Oxfordshire village of Little Milton.

The building is a timber frame, lodge style with a vaulted ceiling to the main hall giving it a light and airy feel. The main room is approximately 160 square metres with large windows to offer plenty of natural light while the use of wood inside, provides a warm feel to the interior.

Functions

The Pine Lodge has a capacity of up to 300 standing and 120 seated banquet style.  Its light, warm interior is well suited to either private functions & wedding receptions or the business market for sales meeting, conferences or product launches where the seated number may be enhanced slightly to 150 for conference or theatre style seating configurations.

Catering

The kitchen offers the caterer choices according to the function size.  If your requirement is as simple as tea, coffee and biscuits, this can usually be catered for by our in-house team.  For meals, there are a number of local caterers who will be happy to quote for a range of meals from finger buffets to full, formal five course dinners.

Hire

The building is available to hire by the hour except for Friday and Saturday evenings when a flat rate applies.
