1/05/05                Chairman’s Report

Mr Stuart McGill presented the Chairman’s Report (attached). It was agreed that it should be printed in full in the Newsletter.

2/05/05                Financial Report

The Clerk presented the key aspects of the Council finances for the year ended 31st March 2005. There were no questions from the floor. 

3/05/05County Councillor’s Report

Mr David Turner reported to the meeting his work on the Oxfordshire County Council. The Chairman expressed the Council’s thanks for all his support. Mr Richard Alliston expressed his concern that the quality of work on the A329 was less than satisfactory. In response Mr David Turner stated that the road still had to receive a final top dressing.
